SC "VSP-Mikron " design and produce TVS diodes, TVS arrays and LС,RС filters which use for protection of various high-sensitivity assemblies and devices of the radio-electronic equipment from destroying ESD action and emissions of electrical voltage, incipient at transients in electronic circuits. Besides LC,RC filters provide a wide transmission band and effective inhibition of high-frequency electromagnetic disturbances in a frequency band more 800 MHz. Low-voltage correctors and LC,RС filters widely use in high-speed transmission lines of the information, in mobile phones, МР-3 players, Notebook and other portable equipment, together with in stationary personal computers for protection of ports and LCD panel.
 

 

 
ESD level - according to requirements of international electro technical commission standards IEC61000-4-2, a level 4: trial on a model of a human body (ESD HBM) with measure is not worse +/-8kV at the contact electrode and +/-15kV at the discharge through an air gap is secured by a design of dice. Concrete values of a warranted level of stability to action ESD are specified in specification requirements.
